Free vs Prepaid

The following is my comment from a review of a fellow’s prototype Web site.
I would replace the word “Free” (e.g. Free medicine, Free doctor visits,
…) with something like Prepaid.
The visits and medicine isn’t free, you are trying to get the target
audience of this ad to pay for it.
