Some Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions

I have bought a pair, but haven?t tested them yet. I?ll bring them in next week.
www.vonage.com ? new phone service that is getting a lot of press. One of the Reuters Studio members has switched and made it his primary phone service (kept kept the basic ?lifeline? service from his local phone company so 911 calls would work).
I stumbled across this solution from Avaya that is interesting (but maybe cost prohibitive). It is an entire Voice over IP, data, and WiFi network in a rugged, mobile rack. http://www1.avaya.com/enterprise/brochures/ind1726.pdf.
